막연히 “Jennifer, Juniper”, “I love you”의 가수로만 알려져 있는 도노반. 하지만 그는 “영국의 밥 딜런” 이라 불릴 정도로 스코틀랜드 포크 음악을 대표하는 가수였다.
그가 1969년에 발표한 “Barabajal” 앨범에는 전설의 대륙 아틀란티스에 대한 노래가 실려있다. 그리고 이 노래는 2001 년 영화 “Atlantis: The Lost Empire”에서 도노반이 No Angels와 함께 다시 부르기도 하였다.
오늘 준비한 노래는 1969년 버전이다.
